What if we eliminated our iPhone dependency?
That's the question I asked myself because of every notification, the colors, the interfaces that try to keep you glued to their app. I decided I didn't want to be constantly on my iPhone and apps like TikTok.
I did some research online and came across the style of the influencer Easlo (app creator, Notion Expert).
I noticed he had the same mindset as me, and I looked at my iPhone and noticed several things: too many colors, a cluttered home screen, and above all, my iPhone was completely useless for my work.
I decided to adopt a minimalist and productive style for my devices (iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch). I'll use only colors that won't distract me and keep me unnecessarily on my iPhone.
Here's the new look of my iPhone:

For several days now, I've adopted this new style and, above all, new applications.
Let's start by changing your wallpaper:
Long press on your home screen > Tap the (+) button in the top left corner of your iPhone > Tap the (Add Wallpaper) button > You will arrive at the (Wallpaper) menu, tap the wallpaper (Color) > and finally go to the slider menu and at the bottom choose the color palette (#F7F7F7).

For apps, I use minimalist-style apps. The first app, Synctasks, is for my to-do lists. Then I use the app (Experiment) to create daily goals. The third is SyncSpend to manage my expenses.
Next, for my calendar, Duolingo, Basic Fit. These aren't the actual icons; they're icons created by Benny Builds IT. You can find them by clicking on this link (https://bennybuildsit.com/tools/notion-icons-gallery). They're very comprehensive, and these are the icons you can find in Notion.

To avoid distractions, you'll need to organize your apps, keeping only the ones you actually use. If you're unsure what to keep, go to your iPhone's Settings app > Screen Time > and look at the apps you use most.
Many people love using the iPhone's Standby mode, and I found an app that does its own minimalist Standby. I use the ClockPhone app, available for free on the App Store.
